Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Chaga Extract

1 Teaspoon Rhodiola Rosea

1 Teaspoon raw honey or any other natural sweetener like stevia or maple syrup (optional)

1 Glass of plant milk (we prefer homemade – recipe will be uploaded soon)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and whisk until combined. You can also put them in a mason jar and shake shake shake
