Iced Lemon, Turmeric & Mango Latte

This turmeric and mango latte recipe creates a healthy drink that will make you want to just lay by the pool or dance away to your favourite song. Health benefits include: anti-inflammatory effect on the body through Turmeric’s curcumin, increased metabolism and dose of Vitamin C and antioxidants.


2 of Nature’s Antidote Turmeric & Black Pepper Extract Capsules

1/2 ripe Mango

1/2 Lemon

1 glass plant milk (we used coconut milk)



Pour the milk into a blender. Cut the mango in pieces and add to milk. Squeeze the lemon and add.

Blend for 20 seconds and pour trough strainer to remove mango leftovers.

Pour the mixture back into the blender.

Carefully open the capsules and add to the liquid. Blend again for a couple of seconds to make sure everything is mixed.

Pour liquid into a glass with ice cubes and enjoy.
