Reishi Cardamom and Nutmeg Latte

This is a simple but delicious and incredibly nourishing alternative to a conventional mid-day latte, made with some of our Reishi Extract, a bit of nutmeg and a sprinkle of cardamom. The combination of flavours creates a little mental get-away and possibly will make you want to integrate this as a daily ritual – something that is deeply encouraged, as daily self-care rituals are proven to improve our wellbeing.

Reishi calms the body and mind, nourishes our immune system with a ton of beta glucans and increases our focus.

This latte could be prepared and enjoyed before a meditation, the same time of day that monks liked to enjoy their Reishi.

This drink is only made of four ingredients (or five depending on if you like it sweeter) which are:

(makes one glass – if you are making two, just double the amount of ingredients)

1/4 Teaspoon Reishi Extract (- yes that is enough due to our very potent extracted powder)

1/2 Teaspoon ground Nutmeg

1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom

1 glass plant milk (preferably Rude Health – as this is naturally sweet)

Optional: 1 Teaspoon of natural sweetener such as raw honey, agave syrup or coconut sugar.


Heat the milk on a stove or in a milk frother.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend.

Pour in a cup and enjoy.
