Nature's Antidote

It’s Sunday and we are all into meal preps at the moment. Preparing food for the week ahead saves money, makes it easier to stick to a healthy diet and above all, saves time.

When it comes to snacks, bliss balls are the perfect option to satisfy cravings or just give a little extra power throughout the day. This version contains an extra immune and adaptogenic boost with our two favourite medicinal mushrooms: Chaga and Reishi.

The ingredient units are all approximate guidelines and subject to individual needs; if you like it a little bit stickier, add more dates, or for less sticky bliss balls, add more nuts. Also feel free to go crazy on herbs, you can experiment with Cardamom, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper, cinnamon, …

Approximately 15 dates

Approximately 100g of Cashews

3 tablespoon of coconut flakes / or desiccated coconut

1/2 Teaspoon of Reishi Extract

1 Teaspoon of Chaga Extract

1 Teaspoon of ground ginger

1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan Salt

Blend the cashew nuts until you receive a fine flour.

Add all other ingredients and blend.

Blend until you receive a nice dough which you can easily form to balls.

Roll, roll, roll until you receive a bunch of delicious bliss balls.

You can store them in a mason jar, put them in the fridge or even freeze them.

They will last for up to several weeks, if you can hold yourself back …
