Spiced Apple ‘Autumn Tree Hugger’

Nature's Antidote

This recipe includes 1/2 fresh apple as well as Chaga Extract (on top of Turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and raw honey) – so you can imagine that the Medical Medium Anthony William would greatly approve! (In case you have no idea what we are writing about – google him, his practices, recommendations and books are amazing!)

It can be made vegan as well – just replace the raw honey with agave or date syrup.

1/2 fresh apple,

2 of our Turmeric and Black Pepper Extract capsules

1 teaspoon Chaga Extract

1 teaspoon raw honey (or agave/ date syrup to make it vegan)

2 glasses of almond milk (we recommend Rude Health milks)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

(Serves two glasses)

Heat the milk on a stove or frother.

When hot enough, add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend for 1 minute. Strain into two cups.

Decorate with cinnamon or Chaga.

Enjoy (most delicious on a rainy and cold day)
