Medicinal Mushroom Smoothie with banana and raw cacao

Although the temperature have been dropping immensely lately, a fresh smoothie after a nice long walk in the cold feels rejuvenating – especially on a Sunday morning.
This recipe is extremely simple but full of essential nutrients that get you going for the upcoming week – and that despite the fact that the smoothie is not green!

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 glass coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon Chaga extract
1 teaspoon raw cacao
1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
1/2 teaspoon Reishi extract
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
1 sprinkle nutmeg

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until the texture is nice and creamy.
Enjoy
