Raw Adaptogenic Cake

Sundays are made to treat yourself with some raw cake, right? This one is refined sugar free, spiked with some adaptogenic powers and extremely easy to make. 

For the base:

> 1/2 cup raw nuts (We used almonds)

> 6 soft medjool dates, pitted

> 1 tbsp natural sweetener, we used date syrup 

> 1 pinch Himalayan salt 

> Adaptogenic blend like ‘Heart Chakra’ or mushroom extracts like Reishi or Chaga. 

For the filling:

> 2 medium avocados 

> 2-4 tbsp natural sweetener like maple or date syrup

> 1 tbsp lemon juice 

> 1/4 cups raw nuts, like cashews or almonds.

Directions:

Place all base ingredients, apart from the date syrup, in a food processor and blend until crumble. Add the syrup and blend again. Transfer the mix in a cake form and press along the bottom to form an even base. For the filling, add all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add the paste to the base in cake form and leave in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.

Add edible rose petals to make it look cute 😍
