Nature's Antidote

A journey to stimulate the senses of taste, smell and hearing

Join us for a Sunday treat which takes your senses on a journey.

For this event we collaborated with our favourite Emerald & Tiger as well as the lovely Palessa from Share Wellness who specialises in essential oils – a powerful way to heal various aspects of your body and mind.

We will start with stimulating our taste buds by tapping into the incredible effects of medicinal herbs and adaptogens. This includes sipping on a adaptogenic drink and learning about the benefits of the plants and how they can be integrated into our daily lives.

Afterwards, Palessa will take us on a journey that explores our sense of smell with essential oils as a way of healing physical and emotional issues. She will guide us through an Emotional Release Technique where we will work through points on the body to release negative energy and restore balance. This technique also works well on eliminating physical pain, like headaches and cramps.

The session will finish with an incredible sound and energy healing guided by Jasmin from Emerald & Tiger. Your body will have time to absorb what it has learned while travelling into a state of complete relaxation.

If you feel the calling to join us on this insightful 2 hour event, you can find tickets here

Looking forward seeing you there <3 Lili
