Insanely delicious adaptogenic raspberry filled bliss balls – Super easy to make 👀

Ingredients:
110g Brazil Nuts
35g Sunflower Seeds
90g Almonds
60g Coconut oil (melted)
50g Date Syrup or other natural sweetener
15g (Milled) Linseeds
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
10-20 frozen raspberries for the filling

Optional Superfoods / Herbs:
Lucuma
Raw Cacao
Reishi
Chaga
Heart Chakra blend .

Directions:
Blend the brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds and linseeds so that they form a rough flour.
Add the melted coconut oil, date syrup, salt and desired herbs / superfoods . Blend until the texture becomes a gooey dough.
Take a handful and press to a flat cookie shape. Take 1-2 raspberries, place it in the middle of the cookie and form a ball with the raspberries in the middle. Repeat until all dough is used – then place in the fridge for 30 mins.
