1-2 tablespoon Heart Chakra blend
1 litre of freshly boiled water
maple syrup to sweeten
Cover Heart Chakra powder with freshly boiled water, cover with a lid and leave for up to 10 mins.
Strain the powder and add peppermint, lemon and/or maple syrup if desired. Let cool down and serve on ice.
