The ideal setting is a cosy warm bed on a Saturday or Sunday morning or after a meditation ritual, however this works just as well on your rainy commute as a healthy replacement for a caffeine-kick.
As always, this recipe is incredibly easy and only takes a few minutes to prepare.

1 teaspoon Heart Chakra blend (contains Reishi Extract, Red Rose, Lavender, Cinnamon, Beetroot, Turmeric & Black Pepper, Ginger and Thyme)
1 capsule Turmeric & Black Pepper Extract (carefully opened)
1 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon organic nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon organic ground cardamom
1 cup plant milk (we recommend Rude Health Almond Drink as it is all natural and sweet on its own. Find it via this link or at the bottom of the post)
Heat the almond milk in a pan or pot.
Add all the ingredients to the cup of hot milk and blend until frothy.
Optional: Sweeten to taste with raw honey, stevia or agave syrup.
