These bliss balls are the perfect little snack to help you get through the afternoon and give you long-lasting energy until dinner.

Although very easy to make, they require quite some ingredients. Buy nuts and seeds in bulk to make them more affordable. You can also get creative, leave out what you don't have and add nuts and seeds that you already have at home. 

Chaga & Reishi Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 10-20 Frozen raspberries
  • 110 grams Brazil nuts
  • 35 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 90 grams Almonds
  • 60 grams Coconut oil (melted)
  • 50 grams Date Syrup or another natural sweetener
  • 15 grams Linseeds (milled)
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoon Reishi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaga
  • A pinch of Himalayan Salt

 

Directions

  1. Blend the brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds and linseeds so that they become coarse flour.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil, date syrup, salt, Chaga and Reishi. Blend until the texture becomes a gooey dough.
  3. Take a handful of the dough and press it into a flat cookie shape.
  4. Take 1-2 raspberries, place them in the middle of the cookie and form a ball with the raspberries in the middle.
  5. Repeat until all dough is finished – then place in the fridge for 30 mins.
  6. Enjoy
