No better way to start the day than with a smoothie bowl. This Chaga smoothie bowl recipe combines mineral-rich superfoods with nutrient-dense raw fruits and vegetables. It is easy to digest and will provide you with long-lasting energy throughout the day. 

This recipe is straightforward (like all our recipes) and ready in a couple of minutes. You can substitute the fruits and veggies for anything you have available, just as the superfoods and toppings.

Adaptogenic Chaga Smoothie Bowl


  • One banana
  • Two handfuls of spinach
  • One pear
  • One glass filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp. Chaga Extract powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Spirulina powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon soaked Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon linseeds
  • One handful of (frozen) berries


  1. Add banana, spinach and pear into a blender.
  2. Add half of the water and mix. Add more water to create a thinner structure. 
  3. Add Chaga and Spirulina and mix. 
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Top with seeds and berries.
  6. Enjoy on an empty stomach.
