Ashwagandha Banana Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 – 2 (frozen) bananas 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup filtered water 
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha
  • Optional: raw honey or agave syrup to make it more sweet 

Directions

If you use frozen bananas, let them defrost for about 10 minutes first. Then, add all ingredients into a blender and whisk up.
