Swap your afternoon latte for this caffeine-free Reishi Latte to give yourself a buzz-free energy boost.

Adding Reishi to your diet helps to relieve stress while increasing focus and brain functioning. On top of that, the combination of Reishi, nutmeg and cardamom creates a little mental get-away to help you wind down and relax during your busy day. Integrate this Latte as a daily ritual to enhance overall wellbeing and elevate consciousness.  

 

Reishi Latte with Cardamom & Nutmeg 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Tsp. Reishi extract powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup plant milk 
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cardamom
  • Natural sweetener - raw honey, agave syrup or coconut sugar (optional) 

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk on the stove or in a milk frother.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and whisk until combined. You can also put them in a mason jar and shake shake shake. 
  3. Enjoy mindfully and intentionally.
