All orders that are placed before 11am will leave the warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after that will leave the following business day.

Usual shipping time within the UK is 2-3 days and 7-14 days for EU orders. All International orders might take up to 21 days. Please note that orders might need some processing in EU/ international customs, which is why we can't guarantee a delivery within a specific time frame.

In case you need to return one or more items, simply let us know within 7 days after the date of purchase by sending an email to info@naturesantidote.co.uk.

Make sure to include your receipt or proof of payment and a list of the items you’d like to return. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging with the seals intact.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will confirm with you wether or not your refund is approved. When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 4 to 5 days processing time.
